What saves Giant Eagle is its employees. Everyone has been helpful and friendly with special thanks to the folks in the meat department. If they can get it for you or do it for you they will with pleasure. The manager will order items you need that they don't carry in store. The negative is certainly their fresh seafood. They should just shut it down and sell only frozen seafood. There are items being sold that have been there for a month. That's nasty. But aside from that much better store employees than Walmart or Aldi.
This is the best grocery store in Waynesburg! It's clean and I can usually find every item that I'm looking for. Your options for groceries are slim in this town...other choices include WalMart and Aldi which are both ok (3 stars for Waynesburg) and low budget but these two stores to it stock as many options as Giant Eagle.
